There are a few reasons as to why this issue may be occurring.
- Check to see if you're using a guest profile. You must select a player profile to get premium data points.
- Check to see if there is anything obstructing the Rapsodo's camera view. Check for:nets, batters in the batter's box, catcher getting in the view, etc.
- Check your account information. The email you used to sign in may not be the email address that has cloud access.
- Purchase cloud access.
